lolahSoul Jewelry ships USPS for all domestic orders. To ensure the secure delivery of your order we do not ship to post office boxes.  lolahSoul Jewelry is not responsible for any external shipping delays.  

lolahSoul Jewelry is not responsible for incorrect addresses or extra charges that may occur from changing an address once it has already shipped.

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days.  If there is a delay you will receive a shipping notice via email.
